We open your case, assign your coordinator, and confirm we've got it — right away.
02 Triage & Eligibility Review Within 2 business days ▾
We gather your records, review the issue, and check your warranty period and service history against what's being claimed.
03 Warranty Decision Within 5 business days ▾
You get a decision in writing — approved, more info needed, or not covered with a quote — before any work starts.
04 Parts & Scheduling 3–10 business days ▾
We source the parts and book a technician based on availability, your location, and when parts arrive.
05 Repair & Quality Control 7–21 days typical ▾
The technician does the work with photos throughout, then we sea trial the boat and double-check every system.
06 Acceptance & Case Closure Within 2 days of QC ▾
You get the full report and photos, sign off, and we close the case — for good.
