GRANFORT Owner Care Program

Published response times are service targets, not unconditional guarantees. Actual timing may depend on vessel location, technician availability, parts availability, weather, marina access, customs processing, and OEM decisions. Component-manufacturer warranty terms govern where they differ from Granfort's general support process. Final warranty eligibility is determined after documentation and technical review.

Emergency support does not replace the U.S. Coast Guard, local emergency services, towing providers, or other marine-safety authorities.
